What credit cards do you accept?
By what other means can I pay my bill?
• AJPE accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept checks and can arrange a COD. Please discuss options with your sales representative. Please visit our policies section.

Can I apply for credit?
• If you would like to be considered for a credit line at AJPE we can fax or e-mail you a credit application. Once the completed application is received, AJPE will review all information and make a decision, usually within ten (10) days.

Can I have my parts shipped to an address other than my billing address?
• Yes. Please provide this information to your sales representative. Drop Shipments are available for prepaid or open accounts only.

What is your return policy?
• Please contact your sales representative for approval, and visit our policies section.

How do I get a copy of an invoice or balance due on an account?
• Please contact the accounting department.

How late can I order products to be shipped the same day?
• In most instances, parts that are in stock can be shipped same day if the order is received and processed by 3 pm PST. Exceptions include International and Fed Ex Shipments which may take longer to process.
